Quick-change additional axes, either single-axis or dual-axis, featuring modern direct-drive technology, are available for a variety of appli­ca­tions. In addition, inter­ch­an­geable automatic tailstocks are available for 5‑axis machines; these are mounted on the neck of the C‑axis and support long, slim workpieces.

Shrink technology

Roeders firstly used the shrink-fit technology for HSC machining back in year 1992. When it comes to inter­fering contours and slim toolholders, shrink-fit holders remain unrivalled. Roeders offers its own shrink-fit unit and shrink-fit holders for all spindle types.

Tool holders

Tool holders have a signi­ficant influence on machining quality. They determine the tool’s concen­tricity and, conse­quently, the machining accuracy and vibration behaviour. Roeders therefore offers high-precision tool holders, but can also provide recommendations.

User-specific work piece clamping technology

For specia­lised appli­ca­tions, parti­cu­larly in automated production, the engineers at Roeders develop clamping systems for the direct clamping of workpieces, so that they do not need to be mounted on pallets.

Roeders offers powerful suction devices for all machine models for graphite, ceramics, oil mist, emulsion etc. with special filter technology.
